Dear Customer,
We wanted to provide a further update on our programme of returning safeguarded funds to customers.
As anticipated on our last update, we have managed to return the majority of e-money funds to customers by the end of August 2023, principally by means of migrating whole programmes to new service providers.
By the end of today, we anticipate the proportion of returned e-money funds will be over 70% of e-money held by UAB PayrNet at the time of licence revocation on 22 June 2023.
While this represents progress towards our 100% goal, we appreciate how vital it is to all users of our services that we expedite the finalisation of this exercise.
Once again we deeply apologise for the continued delay for some account holders and are redoubling our efforts to complete these returns as soon as possible.
If you have not yet received repayment of your funds, we would urge you to contact your service provider in the first instance for further information and updates. We will also continue to provide regular updates of progress on the entire programme of e-money return on this website.
Once again, thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Directors, UAB PayrNet
We recognise the vital role these funds play in your financial well-being and assure you that our team is tirelessly working to expedite the process. We deeply apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and extend our gratitude for your continued patience and understanding. We are actively collaborating with your service providers to facilitate a smooth transition for your funds to either a new partner or an alternative solution.
We currently expect the majority of the funds held as issued e-money by UAB PayrNet on the date of the firm’s licence revocation will be successfully returned by the end of August.
Please note that all updates and communications on this subject are being posted on the company’s website —
