Hello,
Thank you for being in touch in connection with the return of your funds from UAB PayrNet. Please note that all updates and communications on this subject are being posted on the company's website —
www.payrnet.lt
As stated on the website,
it is important that you contact your service provider regarding this matter.
The business has sought, wherever possible, to expedite repayment by migrating balances for whole programmes (rather than individually) to new providers as the quickest way to restore services to customers and return of funds.
We have been in extensive discussions with service providers as to how and when this can be achieved.
We have been in close communication with the Bank of Lithuania since the licence was revoked. They are aware of our plan for the return of funds and are being updated regularly on our progress.
We are aware that the legislation envisages a return of customer funds within a 2-month window following revocation, and the 2-month window ends on 22 August 2023.
We intend to provide a fuller update on the progress of the client return of funds early next week on the company’s website.
We appreciate this is a challenging time for our customers and wish to assure you that
everything is being done to return funds as quickly as possible and to ensure continuity of service through a new provider.
We fully appreciate your patience in this matter.
Regards
Directors of UAB PayrNet
