This company acted as an agent of an electronic money institution UAB “PAYRNET“, which was under supervision of the Bank of Lithuania.
Please be advised that on 22 June 2023, the Bank of Lithuania revoked the e-money license of UAB “PAYRNET“. This means that UAB “PAYRNET“ cannot provide any financial services. The clients who hold funds in the accounts of this institution must apply for their refund directly to UAB “PAYRNET“. For more details, please address: https://www.lb.lt/en/news/licence-o...ations-bankruptcy-proceedings-to-be-initiated. Therefore, if UAB “PAYRNET“ is your payment service provider, with whom you have concluded a payment service agreement (we advise to check your payment service agreement), please contact UAB “PAYRNET“ directly regarding the terms and procedure for settlement with you.
In the event of disagreements concerning the fact or scope of the provision of payment services, the amount to be refunded, etc., you have a right to apply to a court of general competence in accordance with the procedure laid down in legislation of the Republic of Lithuania in order to protect your rights and legal interests following the procedures set out in the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

"Trzeba żyć nadzieją". Nadzieja moi drodzy to dziwka. Bardzo często się zdarza tzw. fałszywa nadzieja. Niezwykle wredna rzecz. Nikt tu nie każe pisać optymistycznego figo fago, więc ja wam napisałem coś gorzkiego jak piwo bez syropu glukozowego. Pozdrawiam głównie tych rozsądnych! Oszukali i raczej nie oddadzą. Tak obstawiam, ale oczywiście mogę się mylić. To żyjmy nadzieją...

Nie oszukali bo sie nie zwineli z rynku z hajsem tylko ubila ich ta kontrola Banku Litwy bo jakis formalnosci nie dopilnowali. Jakby nie to dalej by pewnie dzialali. Kase maja zamrozona na kontach normalnie i teraz musza wyplacic ja ludziom zgodnie z wyrokiem sadu. Przynajmniej ja tak to rozumiem. Pewnie to tez troche potrwa.
