-i don’t have a lot of objective reasons for this pick, more like a feeling
Boca started the season so strong, it seemed they will blow everybody away. But soon their form dipped, River and San Lorenzo started to play better, and caught up with them. Now it’s a 3 horse title race. But no doubt about it, Boca has the best squad. They bought Tobio(def) and Tevez and they let go of Osvaldo(who was a very disturbing factor for a team like Boca, he was not very useful to the team).
-They will play this game without Tobio and Tevez, but i still like the line-up very very much. For me Meli, Erbes and Lodeiro have been really good this season. Boca with Osvaldo lacked fighting spirit. They made some very good games without some of the “regulars” like the 3-0 win at Montevideo, and that says a lot about their squad.
-Sarmiento is nothing special. They lack firepower, and have not scored in their last 5 games before the break. I don’t trust them to stop Boca here.
-From the top 3 teams, i expect Boca to be the most motivated in this restart because they made the best transfers and had the worse end of the first period...Also they have a better coach than RIver and a better squad than San Lorenzo. Normally San Lorenzo could not stand up to fight with Boca and River, but we will see. Another thing is that River and San Lorenzo both finished 1-1, so if Boca win they will move to 1st place from the 1st round and everything will be ok.
-The bad part is that Sarmiento has no missing players, they are at full squad.
-I think all the points that Boca has dropped were due to lack of concentration from some players or from the team entirely. If Boca is 90% focused they should win this 3-0.

good 1st league team vs poor 2nd league team.
Antofagasta is solid 1st league team.. they are especially good on home ground, lately they play poor on home ground so thats why coach annouced that he will use best possible line up to get a win for fans (and also they need win for points here).
Cobreloa have lot of inside problems in club.. coach in last match used reserves and new signings - poor squad and somehow won San Marcos (1-0 on home ground), but Cobreloa is totally different team on home/away ground.. on away ground they are pretty poor and this line here is totally missed

Maccabi Haifa is team from Israel who everytime is on top in league.. this season they were little weaker and didnt get good place, of course because this season they dont play Europe League/Champions League qualifications some importnat players left club and they make only 3 signings (all 3 very goodplayers!!!)
Pinzgau is 3rd league austrian team who play in Regionalliga, last season they finished 1 place over the relegation zone.. and this season they enter with same ambitions to avoid relegation, 1st friendly match for them, they started preparations just before few days.. some players are still on holiday. key midifler left club.

-Inter will play with the B-team. Some important names. They won vs Joinville last round with the B-team, but that does not mean much to me.
- Goias is ultra-defensive, they lost 6 games, 5 of those by just 1 goal.
- goias has the 6th best defence.

- motivation is big for Goias. Inter basically gave up on the league for the time being, they know they can not relegate anyway, they are too good.

Jagodina lost too many important figures from last season, Milan Djuric(mf 25/6), Zivanovic(df 8/0 signed on winter), Lepovic(mf 28/5), Popara(mf 11/0 - signed on winter), Arsenijevic(mf 22/2), Jovancic(att 16/4), Ilic(df 14/0), Djuricic(first gk 11/0), Mihajlovic(df 21/1), Martinovic(mf 24/3), Varjacic(mf 5/0 signed on winter) all left club...
and biggest problem is that they didnt make any good signing, only new signings are Ozegovic(from 2nd league Sindjelic) and Radovic(from Sloga Kraljevo - now relegate in 3rd league) and 4 poor plyers come back from loan from Tabene(3rd or 4th league team) ...
big problems for Jagodina this season if they dont bring some good players soon, currently in squad they have only 22 players and bigger problem is that club is very young and unexperienced [9 of them are under 20 years old]
Mladost Lucani is one of my fave teams in league at the moment because i like their squad very much.. they kept best players from last season and plus bring some very quality signings, now they can attack for some bigger places, they will have bigger targets now. New signings: Zivanovic(good defender exactly from Jagodina - was key player there), on LB they bring two quallity players Lazevski(from Ol.Ljubljana) and Gojkovic(from Borac Cacak), on RB they bought another macedonian Tome Kitanovski(very good players- from Vozdovac), great offensive midifler Lepovic(came from Jagodina) and another good midifler Miljic(was key player in novi pazar)..
i expect tough match and i believe here favourite should be mladost or at least even odds.

strong line-up from Boca, including Tevez’s debut. I expect Tevez to make a great impact. Gago is back too(although i am not fond of him) and the defence and midfield looks good. Best possible Boca line-up, enhanced with Tevez.
-quilmes has the second worst defence of the league, and is really nothing special.
- Rodolfo Arruabarena, the coach of Boca, said that if his teams will not win the title, he will resign at the end of the season. He is a good coach in my opinion.
-odds opened at 1.40, crashed to 1.25, and now back at 1.36. I agree with people that say the diff is not that big between boca and lowlevel teams, but this Boca, in this particular moment, with nothing to play for, Tevez in the team, and the possibility that River will win the Libertadores(putting a pressure on Boca to win something too) is a moment just to good to not play them.
-the problem is that Quilmes will have the coach Falcioni, a good coach. However, this year, at Quilmes he has not managed to make them play good so far.

-Mordovia’s new coach is not even good, he is ex Sibir Novosibirsk coach, did not do anything notable last year.
It will be a very hard season for Mordovia, starting with this game, i see a 0-2 loss here.
