Można jeszcze tylko złożyć skargę do validatora, tylko nie wiem czy ta licencja jeszcze trwa? Jest "krzyżyk". Innej znanej mi drogi nie ma. Nigdy nie składałem skarg do Validatora tzn. złożyłem 2 ale jedna nierozpatrzona a druga to odpowiedź, że kasyno nie znajduje się na ich liście... Pod spodem link do poradników gdzie złożyć skargę. To ostateczna droga, wcześniej te stronki mediacyjne.

Jeszcze jedna sprawa... KAŻDY (bez wyjątku) bukmacher ma taki zapis, bo ludzie nie idą do sądu W Polsce też takie zapisy są, bo można podciągnąć pod to wszystko... w ostatnim czasie miałem sporo oskarżeń z tego artykułu... teraz buki nawet utajniają, dlaczego tak jest tzn. metody i o co dokładnie oskarżają... dlatego warto iść do strony mediacyjnej, która wymusi na nich działanie gdzie oni chociaż mediatorowi pokażą co jest nie tak... ja tak miałem jak mi chcieli sprawdzać konto najpierw przez 30 dni... a potem z 30 dni miało być 180... Każdy bukmacher ma to w regulaminie... nie ważne czy ma licencje czy nie... Jak na SBR mają kontakt z bukiem tzn. mają możliwość wymuszenia na nim pokazanie dowodów to trzeba tam uderzać. Nie wiem, która strona ma taką możliwość i jaką ma siłę. Tak na prawdę to chodzi o sam paragraf, że on tam jest...

Sam raz grałem ryzykownie doszedłem do 30k i firma (inna) postanowiła nie wypłacić kasy. Nauczyłem się że lepiej wcześniej zacząć wypłacać mniejsze sumy. W tych śmiesznych firmach nie można za dużo trzymać na koncie.

Próbowałem iść tą drogą, ale niestety wyszedł grubszy "wałek", Suprabets KŁAMIE i nie ma żadnej licencji Curacao... Nie jest na ich liście, a podawanie takiej informacji przez nich na swojej stronie jest zwykłym oszustwem... Być może kiedyś mieli licencje, być może nigdy.

Z racji, że nie należą do "ekosystemu" Curacao, nie mogą oni się zająć moją sprawą.

SBR oraz CasinoGuru też się wypieli - mimo, że w kasynie miałem faktycznie obroty i nawet wygrane na ok 1k PLN.
