When you withdraw money from the Casino, this will stay in a 'Pending’ period for 48 hours. This gives you the opportunity to reverse your withdrawal should you wish to do so - reversing a withdrawal will return the amount to your casino account. After 48 hours, your withdrawal is moved from 'Pending' and will be processed during the next available business day.
The casino will refund - where possible - your withdrawal back to the account you used to deposit at the casino up to the value of your deposits. Any withdrawal amount in excess of your initial deposits is refunded to the account you have selected as your Preferred Method of Payment (PMOP). To change your PMOP, simply log in to the Casino, go to the Bank, and click on Withdrawal, where you will see the option to Modify the payment method.
In addition, please note the following important details:
* We are unfortunately not able to refund funds to credit or debit cards.
* The refund of withdrawals to Firepay, and CAD EFT are subject to an 8 business day clearing period from the time of deposit.
* Withdrawals under $50 will be refunded back to your Casino account.
* The casino aims to process withdrawals as quickly as possible, however, the refund process & time frame is dependant upon the method of refund. The casino therefore reserves the right to pay a withdrawal using the most viable option.
Once your withdrawal comes out of pending status, the time it takes to reach you will depend on the withdrawal method. Please see below for approximate withdrawal times:
* Mailed Checks – Up to 21 working days
* Courier Checks - 3-6 working days. There is a $50 charge for withdrawals less than $5000.

Neteller, Click2Pay, PaySpark & Moneybookers - 1-2 business days
* Initial, EFT, and ACH withdrawal timeframe - 5 to 8 working days
* Subsequent EFT and ACH withdrawals - 3-5 working days
* Wire Transfer/DBT/Swift - please allow up to 10 business days for funds to reach your account from the time we receive your banking details. A fee of $30 applies to wire transfers under $5000.

W skrócie nasza wypłata po dokonaniu zlecenia wypłaty oczekuje 48 godzin i w ciągu tych 48 godzin możemy zrezygnować z niej a pieniądze złożone do wypłaty zostaną nam z powrotem zdeponowane na konto w kasynie. Po 48 godzinach od momentu złożenia polecenia wypłaty nie możemy już zażądać zwrotu kasy na konto w kasynie a nasze zlecenie z oczekującgoe przejdzie w wykonywane i zostanie w ciągu dnia roboczego wykonane, wiec minimum nawet do 4 dni niezależnie od sposobu wypłaty musimy czekać ????
