Wysłałem maila do pinnacle odnośnie zapytania o możliwość wpłaty przekazem pocztowym. O takiej treści:"
I am ... from Poland. I opened a account in
Pinnacle a few days ago( my ID is ...). I want to make deposit
to Pinnacle, and this issue is concerning my questions. I want to
make deposit by Post office payment. This situation does happens
because I'm changing my bank account to another bank account.
Will I be able to make withdrawal by bank wire transfer later in my
bank account if I make a donation at the post office now?"
W odpowiedzi ( po 10 minutach!!!) dostałem takiego maila: "
We do not recommend our clients make cash deposits. The reason for this is cash deposits are not currently part of our processors system and generally take longer to be collected by the processor. In addition, our experience is that these types of deposits cannot be traced or cancelled by the sender. For these reasons, Pinnacle Sports cannot take any responsibility for the collection or any possible delays in crediting cash deposits to accounts.
If you wish to attempt a cash deposit, please make sure you include your Unique Reference number. The Unique Reference number is the only way bank transfers to Pinnacle Sports are identified. This number may be found in the Cashier option, "Bank Wire Transfer Deposit" of your Pinnacle account.
Once your deposit is complete, please return to your Pinnacle account and use the same Cashier option to report your cash transfer. Please add to the "Additional Information" section that you transferred cash. This information regarding your deposit will be reported directly to our Accounts Department.
When your deposit is credited to our bank statement, we will add the funds to your account and send you an email.
If you only use this method to deposit, you may withdraw later via bank wire."
Z tego mailu wynika że muszę podać na przekazie pocztowym (który jest dozwolony jak widać ,choć nie polecany) Unique Reference number. Po zalogowaniu i wejściu w zakładke Cashier faktycznie mam ten numer: PINPL...(tu jeszzce jest 7 znaków)5. Mam pytanie gdzie go wpisać w przekazie pocztowym( taki przekaz http://q-workshop.com/gfx/przekaz.jpg) , czy to będzie w miejscu tytuł wpłaty?? Poza tym mam wpisać nr rachunku (IBAN- PL94109028510000000105094524) czy zwykły numer rachunku bez PL???.
Teraz jednak najważniejsze. Chodzi mi o fragment: "Once your deposit is complete, please return to your Pinnacle account and use the same Cashier option to report your cash transfer. Please add to the "Additional Information" section that you transferred cash. This information regarding your deposit will be reported directly to our Accounts Department."
W zakładce Cashier w pinnacle po zalogowaniu mam następujące rybryki:
Wobec tego czy dopiero po dojściu mojej wpłaty na konto w pinnacle musze napisać w tej ostatniej rubryce:"Additional Information" że wpłaciłem pieniądze gotówką (cash deposits) na poczcie. Bo mam rozumieć że wypełnienie tego jest obowiązkowe?
Mam takze pytanie co wpisać późiej w zakładkach fees paid, senders bank confirmation, oczywiście przy założeniu że wpłacam przez pocztę
