Country Manager Poland
Job Title: Country Manager Poland
Salary: £competitive (based on experience) & benefits
Location: Wimbledon, London
Reporting to: Head of Emerging Markets
Role type: permanent
Hours of work: 40h/week
Role responsibility: Overall responsibility of the P&L and all customer acquisition activity for the Polish market

Key Accountabilities of this role are

• Ensure that Unibet retains its position as top brand within sports betting, casino and poker.
• Total responsibility for the business in Poland, including P&L, KPI Management etc. reporting to the Head of Emerging Markets.
• Affiliate management
• Recruit new customers and activate, retain, reactivate existing customers
• Actively and hands on work with customer activities.
• Purchase media based on an optimal and cost efficient media mix
• Tight co-operation with affiliate partners, mediums.
• Secure a professional and well-structured cooperation within the team as well as in the company based on Unibet’s core values: Friendly, Passionate and Expert
• Create the right marketing communication towards sport betters, poker players and casino players based on the values of primarily a typical male oriented target group.
• Improve customer satisfaction up to an even higher level
• Secure brand awareness and brand consideration and strive for top 3 position in all relevant product areas

We’re looking for someone with the following skills, knowledge and experience

• Fluent Polish and English are essential
• The successful candidate will have previous experience from B2C consumer marketing, affiliate marketing, media buy (preferably male target group)
• Experience in using internet marketing in driving business
• Experience and a network within the Polish industry
• Understanding/experience and/or interest in online gambling A keen interest in sports is a must and knowledge of Casino / Online Poker would be very much appreciated for this role

Education / Qualifications / Professional Certificates (e.g ACCA, CIMA, CIPD) / Other (travel etc)

• University degree or equivalent that in combination with experience would have given the same level of competence.
