We would like to draw your attention to our recent bonus campaign and inform you that we had to suspend the campaign last night due to the fact that too many new registered players abused it.
The campaign was a great success, however, we need time to sort out in co-operastion with our Casino supplier all players who did not act according to pfGames's Terms and Conditions. Any abuse like for instance opening several accounts under different identity will lead to that all deposits and winnings will be rejected and all accounts blocked.
Therefore, will all received orders for withdrawal related to this campaign be frozen till we have had time to short out all details.
It is pity that some players act like this as it also impacts players who always are conducting their playing in a fair way. It is pure stupidity to try to abuse and/or fraud today's playing system.
It might take a few weeks before we have controlled all activities and transactions. After the control the next action will will be up to the management's descion.

thank you for replying to this. Currently, all orders are taken out of the system still our investigation is done. All players like you responding urgently to this happenings, will have first priority to go through the control. So please be patient since our Casino supplier wants to check everything before we accept players from Poland again. They have received all required information from us and hopefully the control will be done within a couple of days. Please, do not make a new order before we give a notice to do so.
