Specific bonus conditions and conditions for bonus games
1. General
Making use of a casino bonus program or of an individually granted bonus is voluntary. If you do not want to make use of a bonus or a bonus program, it shall be sufficient to inform the casino’s support, provided this is done before the game sequence is initiated.
Taking advantage of bonus games is equally voluntary.
By making use of a casino bonus or of casino bonus games, the user declares to submit to the following rules. If the user does not make use of a casino bonus or a bonus game, the following specific individual regulations shall not apply.
2. Restrictions on payment
If the utilization of a casino bonus results in winnings that are suitable to endanger the casino’s liquidity, the casino shall be entitled to establish a restriction on payment of up to € 500 per working day. Working days are the days from Monday to Friday.
3. No-Deposit Bonuses / Bonus Games
If the player took advantage of a No-Deposit-Bonus program of the casino, possible winnings shall be restricted to triple the amount of the No-Deposit-Bonus. This is independent of any additionally displayed account balances. In this respect, the display of account balances is just automatically/mathematically displayed information, not showing, in particular, the actually achieved and limited winning in such cases. The same shall apply, if a user was granted an individual No-Deposit-Bonus, unless the Company explicitly agreed a different provision with the user.
If the bonus consists in bonus games, eligibility for payout of winnings shall be limited to € 50 within one game cycle in such cases. One game cycle is regarded as finished when the user visibly terminates the game, performing a financial transaction afterwards (deposit or withdrawal). A subsequent game is regarded as new game cycle.
4. Levelling
Granting a bonus, no matter whether subject to a deposit or not, always requires a betting mode with unrestricted risk of loss. A betting mode levelling the risks of loss (e.g. betting the same amounts on red and black in roulette) does not meet the conditions for clearing a bonus.
A betting mode meeting the bonus conditions, therefore, is characterized by the fact that it is not intended to level the risks of loss in the main. Betting modes characterized by the intention of levelling the risks of loss are prohibited within the scope of the specific bonus conditions and entitle the Company to seize any realized winnings.
5. General entitlement to payout of winnings
In principle, only those players are generally entitled to have gained winnings paid out after utilization of a casino bonus, who have deposited a total of € 100 on their game account and who have staked this deposit at least once. A stake resulting in the entitlement to payout of winnings shall not be given, if the betting mode balances winning and loss. The same applies to a gaming mode essentially characterized by a betting mode suitable to eliminate the risks of loss. The general restriction on the entitlement to payout of winnings for No-Deposit-Bonuses does not apply to No-Deposit-Bonus programs, which are expressly not bound to deposits, thus not requiring a minimum deposit. The function of the minimum deposit required to make use of a casino bonus is equivalent to an admission charge in an “offline casino”.
6. Allocation by quota
If the user takes advantage of a casino bonus and generates winnings suitable to endanger the casino’s liquidity, the casino shall be entitled to allocate the generated winnings by quota, i.e. to reduce them proportionately in the interest of safeguarding the pecuniary interest of all users. In this case, allocation by quota shall be effected in the ratio of 1 to 10. The last deposit made by the user, that initiated the utilization of a casino bonus and generated the allocated winning afterwards, shall be exempt from this provision. This deposit is not subject to allocation by quota and shall be reimbursed in full.
7. Entitlement to bonus
If the player makes use of a casino bonus, or if such a bonus is granted because of a deposit made, the player is generally under the obligation to try to clear the bonus in accordance with the relevant, specific "clearing conditions" of the granted bonus within a period of 7 days as from the day the bonus is granted (i.e. from the day, the bonus is credited to the player's account).It is, therefore, not permitted to accumulate several bonuses.
If a player fails to attempt to "clear" a granted bonus within the specified period of time, the casino shall be entitled to revoke the grant of the bonus.
