Job functions:

• Develop the direct affiliation network
• Launch external affiliation programs in the Polish market
• Optimising existing programs and deals, checking quality of the recruitment
• Creating, implementing and tracking online advertising campaigns
• Optimising online advertising campaigns
• Completing daily and weekly reporting procedures

Qualifications and experience:

• Educated to degree level
• Able to demonstrate at least 2-year experience in online gaming industry
• Experience in Revenue Share and CPA campaigns is a must
• You should have a good command of major sports as well as the online media
• Experience in one of the affiliation platforms is a plus
• Previous management experience is a plus

Skills/competencies required:

• Fluent in English and Polish is a must
• You have proven business skills
• Knowledge of online betting/gaming industry is necessary
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Dreamweaver
