How to Find a No Bad Beats Poker* Game
Texas Hold’em ring-games and tournaments featuring No Bad Beats Poker* can be found in the following tabs of the main lobby of our poker room:
- No Bad Beats
- Hold’em
- Tournaments
- Sit and Go
No Bad Beats Poker* games are identified by the description “NO BAD BEATS” followed by a percent such as “XXI - NO BAD BEATS @ 70%”. Games that lack a similar description are standard games that offer no protection from bad beats.
How to Play No Bad Beats Poker*
When playing a No Bad Beats Poker* game, you’ll get your entire wager refunded from the pot whenever you take a qualifying Bad Beat. Standard ring-game and tournament rules then apply.
In order to qualify for a Bad Beat in a pot, you must satisfy the following conditions:
- You must be playing at a No Bad Beats Poker* table or tournament
- At least one player in the pot must make an All-In wager
- At the time of the All-In wager, your win probability (for that pot) must be greater than the Bad Beat Cutoff % posted in the table description (i.e., 70%).
- You cannot fold at any point in the hand
- You must lose the contested pot (i.e., cannot hold the high hand at showdown).
Each main and side pot is evaluated separately for qualifying Bad Beats. After all players with qualifying Bad Beats have been refunded their wagers, the winning player (i.e., high hand) is then awarded the remainder of each pot.
