Cash Account. This is money you have deposited to your account and money you have won when playing.
Withdrawals
The minimum amount of winnings that may be withdrawn is $200 USD. Funds deposited by a player cannot be combined with winnings of less than $200 in an effort to circumvent the $200 minimum amount. Funds deposited by a player may be withdrawn at any time after Golden Arch Casino.com has been able to verify that the funds are good.
The maximum amount of winnings that may be withdrawn in any 30 day period is $2900 USD.
Money in the cash account that is from a post up bonus or from any promotional or other bonus can be withdrawn once that amount of bonus has been played 40 times for slot play and 80 times for table games.
The bonus play requirement in item 6 above cannot be met by concurrently betting both sides of the game in Baccarat, Craps or Roulette, or by making any bet in any game that is designed to churn funds.
In addition to the First Time 100% bonus described in item 1 above and the subsequent deposit bonus described in item 18 below, Golden Arch Casino.com may run a special bonus promotion. The maximum amount of a player’s winnings that are obtained while playing with any bonus that can be withdrawn in any thirty-day period is $500. If a player’s winnings from a bonus exceed $500, additional amounts over and above $500 will be paid in $500 increments each 30 days after the first payment – as long as at such subsequent 30-day intervals, enough winnings remain in the player’s cash account to honor the withdrawal request.
Notwithstanding item 8 above, if a player has not deposited any of their own money into an account so that their winnings have come exclusively from bonus or “free” money provided by Golden Arch Casino.com, regardless of the amount of winnings, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn is $50.
After any withdrawal is made, a player is not eligible to make another withdrawal until they make at least one deposit into their Golden Arch Casino.com account.
Once a withdrawal request from item 9 above is honored, all winnings in excess of the amount paid are removed from the player’s account.
A request for withdrawal that meets all criteria herein will be honored within 10 to 14 days from the date of such request.
We process only one withdrawal request at a time per player. If you make multiple withdrawal requests, only the most recent withdrawal request will be considered and the 10 to 14 day time period will be counted as of the date of the most recent withdrawal request.
If you play winnings for which you have requested a withdrawal before the withdrawal has been processed and the winnings have been removed from your account, your withdrawal request becomes void. You must have the full amount of your withdrawal request available at the time the withdrawal is processed ( 10 to 14 days) and the winnings are removed from your account.
Order of Play - Use of Funds
Any play of any game by you will result in the funds being used in the following order:
* * First you will play with any winnings and with cash you deposited.
* * Second you will play with any bonus money in the cash account.
If one or more of the 2 categories has a zero balance, that category will be skipped and you will play with the next category in order.
Progressive Jackpots will only pay out if you are playing with the real money that you deposited. A progressive jackpot will not pay out if you are playing with bonus money.
* 17. When you win any game, regardless of which category you are playing from, the winnings will first be applied to pay toward any balance owed on your credit line. If there is no balance owed on the credit line, the winnings will go into your cash account.
Tournament Play
Golden Arch Casino.com offers two types of tournaments: free tournaments and deposit tournaments. To be eligible to win a prize in a deposit tournament, a player must make a deposit into their GoldenArchCasino.com account during the hours the tournament is in progress and BEFORE they begin tournament play. If a player starts play in a deposit tournament before making a deposit they are not eligible to win a prize, regardless of any subsequent deposits. A deposit made before the time the tournament starts does not qualify a player to win a prize during a deposit tournament.
After a player has won a prize in a free tournament, they are not eligible to win a prize in another free tournament in a calendar month until they make a deposit into their Golden Arch Casino.com account during that calendar month.
Player Eligibility
To be eligible to be a player at GoldenArchCasino.com you must be at least 18 years of age. A player may have only one account. A player attempting to establish any additional accounts (including use of different names and/or addresses for those additional accounts) will be disqualified from further play at GoldenArchCasino.com from all accounts.
A maximum of two different players can register from the same physical address or virtual address or virtual device. The player is allowed only one account. Winnings will only be paid to players having one account. If a player has more than one account, all winnings from all accounts will be void and all accounts will be closed. (See the Player Eligibility Section above for a full description of what constitutes a player having only one account.)
The player is fully aware that if a credit card (such as Mastercard or Visa) is used to deposit funds, that charge will immediately be posted to player’s credit card account and they will appear on their credit card bill.
