Witam panowie mam problemy z wypłatą z tego pokera na konto bankowe,jesli ktos wyplacal od nich to niech pomoze albo przetluaczy mi o co im chodzi....
Hello and thank you for contacting Customer Payments at E-cash Direct over your withdrawal dated February 19th whereby you requested the payment to be sent by wire transfer.
Krzysztof,please note that you would have been required to ensure $20 was left as available balance in your E-cash account to cover the fee due payable on the withdrawal being below $500.00.
As there were no funds available to process the transfer your withdrawal was voided having the value returned to your E-cash account.
In addition to this Krzysztof-we would ask that you reconsider withdrawing such a low value using the method of wire transfer due to the fee amount payable.
Please note the following:
ECash Direct will pay for the wire transfer bank fees if the amount is greater than $/€/£500. Wires for less than this amount incur a $20/€15/£10 fee which must be in your account at the time of withdrawal request and thereafter for a period of 12 hours.
Please note that if the fee is not in the account at the time of the withdrawal the withdrawal will be reversed and the funds put back in the account.
Your Wire Transfer can only be paid to the country which your ECash account is registered.
Apologies that we have no Polish speaker available to explain this issue any clearer, if you are not able to understand this e-mail maybe you can ask someone who speaks English to inform you in Polish.
